ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

There are two ways to order. You can either e-mail your order to rlmoore413@gmail.com or call in your order to 803.524.4055. Once your order is received, the site will be updated to reflect that the basket that you purchased has been "sold". REMEMBER ... All baskets are one of a kind ... so be sure to order yours TODAY.

PAYMENT PROCEDURES

After receipt of e-mail (rlmoore413@gmail.com) regarding basket(s) that you would like to purchase, the basket will be taken out of the inventory and an invoice will be generated and sent to you via PayPal. Once payment has been received, arrangements will be made with you to deliver your basket if you live in Charlotte or the surrounding area or your basket will be shipped out within 24 hours. If your basket has to be shipped, a tracking number will be forwarded to you for your records.

PLEASE NOTE ... PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 24 HOURS FROM THE TIME INVOICE IS SENT. IF NOT THE BASKET WILL BE RETURNED TO THE INVENTORY.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Please note: Packages in Charlotte and the surrounding area will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours. Packages outside of the local service area will be shipped via USPS or FedEx. Final shipping charges to be calculated and included on invoice for payment.
